Portland Gear® is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to representing the Northwest.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original shipping bag or a similar mailer, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any USPS location; once received at our Portland warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
